Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using AeroHour, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

AeroHour is a digital pilot logbook application. It is a record-keeping tool and does not replace any regulatory requirement for physical logbooks where required by your aviation authority. You are responsible for ensuring your records comply with applicable regulations.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

4. Your Data

You own your flight data. We provide the infrastructure to store it. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the AeroHour service. You can export or delete your data at any time.

5. Accuracy

AeroHour provides currency calculations and flight time totals as a convenience tool. These calculations are based on the data you enter and the rules configured for your regulatory authority. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all calculations against your authority's requirements. AeroHour is not a substitute for professional regulatory advice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Enter deliberately false flight records
• Attempt to access another user's data
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service

7. Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for data loss, though we take reasonable precautions to protect your data.

8. Pricing

AeroHour is free to use. Optional paid features (such as AI logbook OCR import) are clearly marked and priced before purchase. We reserve the right to introduce additional paid features in the future, but core logbook functionality will remain free.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
